RETURNS POLICY

At Hunted + Co., we want you to love what you ordered. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

Change of Mind Returns

We offer a 30-day refund policy from the date of delivery. If you’ve changed your mind or your item isn’t quite what you expected, you can return it — no worries.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition and packaging
  • You must provide (e.g. order confirmation email or receipt)

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these criteria.

How to Return

  1. Email us at info@huntedandco.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll send you return instructions and a return address.
  3. Post the item back to us. (Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered — we’re so sorry! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right, fast.

Exclusions

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Earrings
  • Beauty products
  • Personal care items (unless faulty)
