SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Methods & Timeframes (Within Australia)
We offer shipping within Australia via Australia Post, Sendle, and Courier Please. Shipping costs are calculated based on the selected shipping method, delivery address, and order weight at checkout.
PO Boxes
We do not deliver to PO Boxes or parcel lockers. Please ensure you provide a complete street address at checkout to avoid delays. If a PO Box is provided, we may contact you to request an alternative address or, if necessary, cancel the order.
Standard Delivery (Australia)
- Dispatch Timing: Orders placed before 1 PM AEST on weekdays will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1 PM AEST will be shipped the following business day.
- Weekend Orders: Orders placed on Fridays after 1 PM AEST or over the weekend will be processed on Monday.
Estimated delivery times may vary by location and shipping method:
- Australia Post Standard: 3–7 business days
- Australia Post Express: 1–3 business days
- Sendle: 2–6 business days, depending on the delivery zone
- Courier Please: 1–3 business days to metro areas; additional time may apply for rural locations
Please note that these are estimates only, and delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or peak periods. We recommend Australia Post for regional deliveries.
Shipping for Bulky & Heavy Items (Australia Only)
For bulky or heavy items, additional shipping rates may apply based on the item’s size, weight, and delivery destination. These rates will be calculated at checkout. Bulky items do not qualify for free or flat-rate shipping, and in some cases, we may invoice shipping separately. For a shipping quote on large items, please contact our support team.
International Shipping
We ship internationally via FedEx. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order's total weight and dimensions. Delivery times vary depending on the destination.
- Dispatch Timing: Orders placed before 1 PM AEST on business days will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1 PM AEST will be processed the next business day.
- Weekend Orders: Orders placed on Fridays after 1 PM AEST or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.
- Estimated Delivery Time: 5–15 business days, depending on the destination.
Duties and Taxes
The customer is responsible for customs fees, import taxes, and duties for international orders. By law, we must state the full value of your order and provide accurate item descriptions. Fees in your destination country are determined based on this information.
- We cannot declare items as “gifts” or alter item values for customs purposes.
- If you refuse a shipment due to customs duties, taxes, or fees, these costs and return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund upon the package’s return to Australia.
- For larger or bulky items, international shipping may not be available.
We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information about any applicable fees.
Click and Collect (Local Pickup)
If you live near our location, you can choose our Click and Collect service. Simply select “Click and Collect” at checkout, and we’ll notify you via email when your order is ready. Bring a copy of your order confirmation email when picking up.
Combined Shipping & Additional Items
Our system automatically calculates combined shipping for multiple items in a single order to ensure the most cost-effective rate. If your order includes additional items, such as gift boxes or material gift bags, these will be included in the total shipping weight and calculated accordingly.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are based on delivery address, package weight, and dimensions. Your total shipping cost will be visible during checkout.
Delivery Issues, Delays & Liability
While we strive to dispatch all orders on time, unforeseen events such as carrier delays, weather, or natural disasters may affect delivery timelines. We are not liable for delays outside our control but will assist with any tracking or carrier inquiries.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Liability is transferred to the customer once the package is handed over to the shipping provider. We recommend choosing a tracked or insured shipping option if available. In cases of lost or damaged packages, please contact us, and we will work with the carrier to help resolve the issue where possible. However, we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement for losses due to carrier error.
